If a product arrives damaged or a mistake has been made with an order, we will repair or replace (at our discrestion) the product at no additional expense to the customer. We accept no liability for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or for any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check products carefully and report any problems within 48 hours from receipt of goods. No liability will be taken for visible defects identified after having received a signed acceptance of delivery. No liability is accepted for conditions of use or storage within the customers home after delivery which may effect the product in any way.
Morpheus Glass total liability for any claim arising in relation to any of its products shall not exceed the price of its products supplied to the customer. Morpheus Glass shall not be liable for any consequential loss arising from a breech of contract or in any other way. This statement does not affect your statutory rights.
